Yes, my site is down!...I´m not going to bore you with details, but I had some problems with my hosting (bla,bla,bla).They say it will be up soon...We´ll see what happens.

It has been a long time since the last time I posted something here in
DA (almost two months), but I've been a little bit overcome by work,
doing new material for the museums(again)and also, preparing all the stuff of the VISUALES'stands for the "29th INTERNATIONAL BOOK
CONVENTION OF SANTIAGO",that starts next friday,and for the "EXPO-COMIC and MULTIMEDIA 2009" That starts during november.
Anyway, I'll try to finish the new VIRGIN X pages during the week and probably I'll be able to update my site [link] next week end, if not, during the week. In the mean time, here you have the VX poster that I made for the VISUALES' stand.

Finally I finished with the illustrations I was doing for the museums...I'm tired. I would have wanted to update my site [link] this week end but it was impossible. luckily I'll update it next sunday, if not, the next one.But in the meantime, here you have a single image of VIRGIN X called MIND TORMENT. During the second semester of 2008 I was commissioned to make, more or less, 200 illustrations for 8 local museums. I ejoyed it, but that was one of the reasons why I didn't update my site last year(except in the festivities). The "problem" is, that few weeks ago in the last revision of those pieces, some of them weren't accepted so I've been
doing them again. Anyway, I made a really small update in my page [link] for VIRGIN X' 2009 comic (Better little than nothing)...And as I said once, VX and MODULOK-0 will continue growing, eventhough, it's little by little.

BTW: here is the link for VISUALES [link] the company which is publishing the VIRGIN X books.

Finally, VIRGIN X volumen 1 is printed and soon it will be out in the stands! First in Chile and then in Argentina, Mexico and Spain. I also updated my site with a new vx comic [link]. So, I hope you enjoy what I have done so far.

And for the ones that still don't know:
Virgin X was born as such at the beginning of 2005. By that time, I had just finished a second animated short movie of my character La Muñeca, a sleepy super heroine in distress, but without the adult content. You can watch the trailer in Youtube ([link]).
The new born Virgin X was the result of the comic and animation above mentioned which I adapted for a more specific web audience. During 2005 I wrote a mail to Míster X, one of the pioneers of comics about distressed superheroines for the web. I included a couple of drawings of Virgin X in that mail, and he encouraged me to keep on going. Since then, till the end of 2007, Virgin X’s universe developed, because I was able to keep my web page regularly updated([link]), but in the year 2008 it was almost impossible to continue this work, because most of the year I was dedicated full time to other activities. In the middle of last year, a very important Chilean editor, proposed me to make a series of Virgin X books, so we started working and now the first one is finally printing.
BTW I posted again the page that was taken away some weeks ago when devianART suspended me. Now I took away the elements that I think were considered as offenssive. For me it's important to have this image in the gallery, because it contains some of Virgin X background. I guess and I hope this time there won't be any problems.
